Tutti-frutti or Tutti-fruity is a colorful combination of chopped and candied fruits, made from raw papaya, and are used in cake decoration, bread, faloodas, and ice creams; of which you can find the link below:

Home-made FruitCake -
Tutti Frutti Biscuits -
Vegan Ice-cream -

- 1/2 Kg Raw Papaya
- 1 ltr Water
- 4-5 Drops Pineapple Essence
- Food Colour

Ingredients for sugar syrup:
- 500 ml Water
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar

- Start with boiling water in a pot
- Peel green raw papaya; cut it and take out the thin layer of inside
- Cut the papayas into small and tiny cubes
- Add these tiny papaya cubes into boiling water
- Boil it for around 10 minutes, and after that, drain out the excess water and keep the papaya cubes aside
- Now, in a different pan, heat water and add sugar
- Once the syrup starts boiling, add tiny papaya cubes which was kept aside, to it
- Stir it and cook it for around 10 minutes, till the papaya cubes become completely transparent
- Switch off the flame and add pineapple essence to the mix
- Mix it and take it out in a 3 different bowl
- Add 2 drops of food color of your choices in each bowl
- Let the papaya cubes soak in sugar syrup overnight
