Chole & Pulao Recipe Ingredients

1 Cup Chole(Chickpea)
1/4 Tsp Cooking soda
3 long (Clove)
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
2 Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
1 Tsp Chai ki Patti(Tea powder)
1 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
3 cup water
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp oil
2 Medium Size Onion
6 Lasun ki kali (Garlic clove)
1 Big size Adrak (Ginger)
2 Big size Tomato for Puree
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/4 Tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1/2 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1 1/2 Tsp Chole Masala
1/4 cup water
2 to 3 Tbl sp Sarso ka oil (Mustard oil)
1 Pinch salt
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1 Tbl sp Water
1 pinch Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Cup Hot water
2 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1/2 Tsp salt

Tadka
1 Tbl sp Butter
3 Sabud Hari Mirch (Green chilli)
1/2 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
8 to 10 Adrak Julienne (Ginger)
1/4 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango powder)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)

Pulao
1 Cup Basmati Rice for Steam Rice
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1 Tbl sp oil
1 Tej patta(Bay leaves)
4 long(Clove)
2 Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
5 to 6 Kali mirch (Black pepper)
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
2 Tbl sp Kaju ke Tukde(Cashew nut pcs)
1 Tbl sp Kismis (Raisin)
3 Tbl sp Fansi finely chopped (French Beans)
3 Tbl sp Gajar finely chopped (Carrot finely chopped)
3 Tbl sp Hara Simla Mirch finely chopped (Green Capsicum)
3 Tbl sp Yellow Simla Mirch finely chopped (Yellow Capsicum)
1/2 Tsp salt
Serve with Lacha pyaz & Lemon slice
