Jini Dosa Recipe Ingredients

200 Gram Barikwali Suji (Fine Semolina)(1 cup+1/4 cup)
50 Gram Besan (Chickpea flour)
(1/2 cup)
1/4 cup Fresh Dahi(Fresh Curd)
1 Tsp salt
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup water
Butter Apply on Dosa
1/2 Tsp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic finely chopped)
1 Tbl sp Onion finely chopped
1 Tbl sp Simla Mirch finely chopped (Capsicum)
1 Tbl sp Patta Gobi Finely chopped (Cabbage)
1 Tbl sp Gajar Grated (Carrot)
1 Tbl sp Beet Grated
1/2 Tsp Hari Mirch less Spicy finely chopped (Green chilli)
1 Tbl sp Schewan Chutney/Sauce
1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
1 Pinch salt
1 Tsp Butter
Grated onion on top
Grated Simla on top (Capsicum)
Grated Patta Gobi on top (Cabbage)
Grated Paneer on top
Mozzarella cheese Grated on top
Hara Dhania finely chopped on top (Green Coriander)
Grated cheese on top
Serve with Nariyel Chutney & Red Chutney (Coconut chutney & Red Chutney)
