3/4 Cup Toordal(Pigeon Pea)
1/4 cup Chanadal(Split Chickpeas)
1/4 cup Urad dal(Black gram)
1/4 cup Chawal (Rice)
2 Tbl sp Sukha Dhania (Dry Coriander seeds)
2 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
1/2 Tsp Methi dana (Fenugreek seed)
1 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Kasuri methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1/4 cup Bhuna Chanadal (Roasted chanadal )
5 to 6 whole Kashmiri red chilly
25 to 30 curry patta (Curry leaves)
4 Tbl sp Nariyel ka burada(Coconut filing)
1 Small Imli ball(Tamarind)
1 Tbl sp salt
1 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
