Eggless Jaggery Atta cake With Tutti Frutti||tutti fruitti cake
Ingredients
*For Buttermilk
Milk -1 Cup
Vinegar -1. 5 Tbsp
Jaggery Powder - 1 Cup
Oil - ½ Cup
Vanilla essence -1 Tsp
Wholewheat - 1 ½ Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda -½ Tsp
Tutti Frutti -1/4 Cup
Procedure
*To Make Buttermilk add 1 cup milk to a bowl and add 1.5tbsp vinegar.Keep it a side for 5 to 10 Minutes.
*In another bowl add jaggery powder & oil mix it well & add buttermilk , vanilla essence to it .
* dry ingredients wholewheat, baking powder and baking soda mix it well or seive it.
* mix wet and dry ingredients.
*pour into a tin.
*u can add toppings like tutti frutti/flaxseeds, melon seeds (optional).
*In stove keep kadai/pressure cooker low flame 10minutes
* After 10 minutes cook at 45 Minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.
