Paneer Kali Mirch Sabji & Wheat Rumali Roti Recipe Ingredients

1 Tbl sp oil
1 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
2 Badi Elaichi (Black Cardamom )
3 Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
4 Long (Clove)
6 Lasun ki kali chopped (Garlic clove)
1 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
2 Tikhiwali Hari Mirch (Spicy Green chilli)
2 Medium Size Onion slice
10 to 12 Kaju & 2 Tbl sp Magajtari biz(Cashew nut & Melon seed)
1 1/2 cup water
2 Tbl sp Pani Nikala hua Dahi(Hung Curd)
1 Tbl sp Fresh Cream or Malai
1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi powder (Fenugreek leaves powder)
1/4 Tsp Elaichi powder (Green Cardamom powder)
1/4 Tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Hara Dhania ki Dandi finely chopped (Green coriander leaves stem)
1 Tsp corn flour (Finely ground Maize flour)
Or Ararot
1/2 cube Processed cheese Grated
1 Tsp oil
300 Grams Paneer cube (Cottage cheese)
2 Tbl sp Paneer
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tbl sp Butter
Satay sticks
2 Tbl sp water
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Elaichi powder (Green Cardamom powder)
1/2 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
For Grill Paneer 1 Tbl sp oil
3/4 cup Hot Milk
1 Tsp Hara Dhania ki Dandi finely chopped (Green coriander leaves stem finely chopped)
1 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
2 Tbl sp fresh Cream
For Rumali Roti
2 cup Gehu ka ata (Wheat flour)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbl sp Milk powder
1 Tbl sp Honey
1 Tbl do oil
Little hot Milk for making Dough
1 Tsp oil
Tawa Grease with Ghee
Serve with Onion slice,Pickle & Lemon slice
