Aloo Pyaz Pakora Recipe Ingredients

3 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
3 Medium Size Potatoes finely chopped
2 Tbl sp Sabud Dhania (Coriander seeds)
1/2 Tsp Kali Mirch (Black pepper )
1 Medium Simla Mirch finely chopped (Green Capsicum)
3 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
4 to 5 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)(1 Tsp)
1/4 cup Rice flour (4 Tbl sp)or Corn Flour Or Ararot)
1 Cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
1 Tbl sp Hot oil
Serve with Green chutney and Tomato Ketchup
