Instant Bread Crispy Masala Dosa Recipe Ingredients

For Dosa Bhaji
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1/2 Tbl sp Urad dal (Black gram)
1/2 Tbl sp Chanadal (Split Chickpea )
1 Strip curry patta (Curry leaves)
3 Spicy Hari Mirch (Spicy Green chilli)
1 Inch Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
2 Medium Size Onion slice
1 Tsp salt
2 Big+1 small size Boiled Aloo(Potato)(400 grams)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/2 cup Hot water

For Nariyel ki Chutney
1 Tsp oil
2 Spicy Hari Mirch (Spicy Green chilli)
1/2 cup Fresh Nariyel slice (Coconut slice)
1/4 cup Roasted Chanadal (Chickpea)
1/2 Inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Small Bunch Hara Dhania (Green Coriander leaves)
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
1/2 cup water

1 Tsp oil
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed )
1/2 Tsp Urad dal (Black gram)
1/2 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1 Dry Red chilli
6 to 7 Curry patta (Curry leaves)
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)

For Dosa
5 Brown Bread slice or Any Bread slice
1/2 cup water
1 Cup Suji (Semolina)
1/4 cup Chawal ka Ata(Rice flour)
1/2 cup Medium sour Dahi ( Curd)
1 Tsp salt
1 Cup water
1/4 Tsp ENO (Fruit salt)
Greas Tawa with oil
Sprinkle Red chilli powder
Serve with Nariyel Chutney (Coconut chutney)
