1 Cup Sama Chawal(Barnyard Millet)
1/4 cup Saboo Dana(Sago seeds)
1 Medium Size Boiled Aloo (Potato)
1/4 cup Ghada Dahi(Hung Curd)
1/4 cup water
1 Medium Gajar finely chopped (Carrot)
1 Medium Size Tomato finely chopped
1 Hari Mirch cum Thikhiwali finely chopped (Green chilli less spicy)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves)
1/4 cup Moongfali Roughly powder (Peanut)
1/2 Tbl sp Hari Mirch ki paste (Green chilli paste)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger)
1 Tsp Sindha Namak (Pink salt)
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1/4 Tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1 Tbl sp Curry patta Finely chopped (Curry leaves)

For Chutney
1/3 cup Roasted Moongfali (Peanut)
1/2 cup Fresh Nariyel slice (Fresh coconut slice)
2 Hari Mirch (Green chilli)
1 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1 Curry patta strip (Curry leaves)
1/2 Tsp Sindha Namak (Pink salt)
1 Muthi Hara Dhania (1 Fistful Green Coriander leaves)
2 Tbl sp Medium Sour Dahi(Curd)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1/2 Tsp Chini(Sugar)
1/4 cup water
1 Tbl sp Dahi (Curd)
1 Tsp ENO (Fruit salt )
1 Tbl sp oil
