Mix veg Curry / Subji restaurant style with detailed video recipe. a simple and healthy curry or sabzi recipe prepared mainly with choice of vegetables. it can be ideal north indian cuisine curry recipe for roti , chapati or naan with flavours from all the veggies. the recipe can be prepared with either gravy base or as a dry curry.
firstly, in this recipe, i have sautéed the vegetables before adding it to the curry. alternatively you can pressure cook the vegetables to hasten the entire process. secondly, i have added prepared red gravy for the restaurant taste. lastly i have added cream & paneer for perfect texture like restaurant and served it with wheat naan .

Ingredients & Written Recipe :
4 tbsp oil
200 gram mix veggies (I have used cauliflower ,potato ,carrot , Green peas and french beans) you can use veggies as per your choice)
Asafetida
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp Red paste
1 bowl red gravy
Water as needed
1 tbsp Malai or cooking cream
Dry fenugreek powder
Fresh coriander leaves
50 gram grated paneer

Method :
# Heat up pan add oil, when oil is hot add boiled mix veggies I have boiled this veggies in microwave for 5 minuet .
# Saute it on high flame for one or two minute .
# Now add asafetida , turmeric powder and carom seeds then add 1 tbsp Red paste (to make this paste I have used dry red chilli , ginger and some carom seeds, you can also use garlic chutney instead of these red paste ) mix it with oil .
# Cook for 1 minute now add prepared Punjabi gravy (I have given link for these red gravy )mix it well and cook for 1 minute
# Now add water as needed (I have added 3-4 tbsp water) now cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
# After 2-3 minute oil is separated mix it again then add 1 tbsp Malai or cooking cream and dry fenugreek powder
#Lastly add fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer (you can also add paneer pieces) now cook for 1 or 2 minute on medium flame
# Our mix vegetable sabji is ready to serve you can serve wait Roti , paratha , naan or jeera rice
