In the video you get to see making the dosa batter and then using it for making uttapam in 3 different ways - plain or sada uttapam, onion uttapam and onion-tomato uttapam.
Uttapam is gluten free and will be vegan if you use oil for cooking instead of ghee or butter.
These soft fluffy pancakes are best served with coconut chutney, tomato chutney or sambar.
