Besan Ladoo is a famous Indian sweet made with gram flour, powdered sugar, and ghee (clarified butter). Make this decadent sweet with my easy fail-proof recipe.
Basically, besan Ladoo are sweet balls made by roasting gram flour and ghee together to which powdered sugar is added to make a thick mixture that is then made into delicious, melt-in-your-mouth balls.
In English, besan is known as gram flour which is flour made from split and husked black chickpeas or chana dal.
You can add your choice of nuts. Store besan laddu in an airtight steel jar. Besan ke ladoo keeps well for many weeks at room temperature. You can refrigerate them as well.
